Kristen's Team

Born and raised in Cobb County, Kristen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is a fifth generation Atlantan. Kristen is not only familiar with the geography of the metro Atlanta area, but also the people, neighborhoods, and communities that make Cobb, Paulding Cherokee, and Fulton such great places to live. Kristen resides in Powder Springs with her daughter, Rebekah.

She has worked for the top real estate company in the industry since the inception of her real estate career by joining RE/MAX in 1989. She was the office manager for a fast paced, growing RE/MAX office in Marietta while still attending college at Kennesaw State. Kristen obtained her real estate license in 1991 and began her full time sales career in 1992 as an independent contractor. She graduated “On Track” from an intense continuing education course concentrating on marketing and negotiating sales in 1992.

Each year she makes it a point to attend additional continuing education courses on tax and law changes, relocation, computer technology and more. She feels it is important to stay abreast of the changing facets of the real estate industry. She has completed the requirements to obtain both the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. These are designations, which top Realtors in the United States obtain through education, sales volume, transaction volume and professionalism. Only 5% of Realtors hold these designations. She has begun the intense requirements to obtain the CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation.
